4.
Everything Microsoft is a terrific resource for just about everything
related to Microsoft with a healthy dose of content that isn't related to
Microsoft.

The site description says "....Everything Microsoft is an unofficial site
dedicated to bringing you all the latest news, rumours, tips, tutorials,
reviews, screenshots and videos of Microsoft's products and software." This
is a great site for several reasons - the tips and and tutorials are great.
The news and other content is interesting enough for everyone, no matter
where you are on the computing learning curve.
If you want a site to get information, tips, and the latest Microsoft news
without any particular agenda this is a good place to visit. It does a good
job of evaluating things related to Microsoft and stating what works and
what doesn't, written by top-notch folks.
There are several useful categories on the site, listed here:
* Themes and Wallpapers
* Browsers
* Cloud
* Office
* Operating Systems
* Download
* Gaming
* Hardware
* Mobile
* Help and Support
* Misc
* Non Microsoft
Downloads, wallpapers, themes, etc. come from sites around the internet as
well as Microsoft so you get a good mix.
(disclaimer: I'm a cross-platform person. I like computers and operating
systems, period)
