The command is alt shift h. That is for Outlook Express, the Service Pack 2 version. It doesn't matter what format messages are sent in. Unless you are reading a message as html, you won't be able to click on links using that version of Outlook Express. If you look in the view menu, you will see the command I gave above. When you are looking for a command, yu can often find it by looking through menus. That's true of many programs.

I am receiving e-mails from a company and they appear to be coming in plain text, as I cannot access the links from within the message. I cannot remember, but I know there is a hot key command to change the display of the message from plain text to HTML. Could someone please tell me that command? Thanks so much.
