Hi Jill.
I've had this in the past. What I do is to use the jaws cursor and find the
minimise maximise and close icons on the screen and hit the left mouse button
on the close symbol.

Subject: [access-uk] word 2000 query

Hi.

Using Office 2000, win 98se and JFW 4.5. I'm having problems whenever I'm
using the clipboards to copy and paste. when I'm moving text around and
using the clipboards, they cover up some of the text, so I can't read some of
it. How can I minimise them so I'm able to read the whole document as normal
please? Not sure whether it's the clipboards, or the silly office assistant
that's at work. whichever, I haven't managed to find a way of getting rid of
it.

any help is much appreciated.

thanks.

Jill.
