Hi. If your hub is wireless, it should have a wireless key on the back. Generally the BT Home Hubs are secure by default.

the laptop now seems to connect wirelessly however, i was wondering how to
set up
the security incription so that the network would not be accessible to
outside
computers. so could some one please give me step by step instructions on
how to do
