Hi, probably means you haven't set the SMS services up yet as I said last time. One tip is don't tab outt of the contacts tree view and then you can get to any contact you like. Sort contacts in whatever way you find easiest. Don't forget they are in a tree view so standard navigation commands for tree views work. As I said before, there's really good help on all this in Jaws itself. Go into Jaws Help.
