[access-uk] what to do.

hi listers, I wonder whether some kind soul out there can advise me.
nod32 has found a virus, and the details are below:
File C:\WINDOWS\system32\syslx32.exe is infected with trojan Win32/RBot.AJA.
its saying that it can't clean it, so should I delete it, quaronteen it or
should I leave it.
