[access-uk] web site help needed

Hi,
I've found some difficulty navigating the following web site.
www.jobsatabbey.com
Although they have a graphic logo positive about disability, the flash has
stumped me. Apart from there legal notice link I don't seem to be able to
navigate.
Any help much appreciated.
