Hi, I use 7zip, it works well, and is free. Just google download 7zip, and it 
will pop right up.

I use a program called Win rar!
 
 
I'm afraid I cannot find the free download version, but perhaps another

going mad here.
have been sent a  large text zipped file.
just can't unzip it.
I  am using windows 7, clicking on the right button but there is no extract 
option.
