Hi Eric,
Sure, although I'm not sure if our remotes are identical, however I'm sure the menus would be the same.
Press settings, and arrow down to system, enter on this.
Now arrow down to accessibility, enter on this.
You will land on voice guide, which should say, voice guide on, enter on this.
Now you have 4 choices, the first is to turn the voice guide on or off, just arrow down once.
Now you are on voice guide volume, enter on this if you wish to adjust it, your choices are, soft, medium and loud.
Below volume is speed, your choices are, very slow, slow, normal, fast and very fast.
The final adjustment in this list of 4 is, pitch, and your choices are, low, medium and high.
If you are making any changes to any of the above settings, after you have entered on it, use the up and down arrow keys to make your selection, then arrow left to leave the menu, which also saves your choice.
I hope this helps.

Regards.
Jim.
