Hi John -

Well, I'm just getting to grips wiht Tune up, and can report for me, running Vista and JFW13, the 2013 release of the software is accessible to a large degree, once one gets a feel [with a bit of help from others using it] for where to look for things, and of course, it's all about the JAWS cursor and left mouse clicking, but no big deal really in my experience, so far -

Andy

Hi Andy Well I paid for the 2013 update and got my money back as I just could not use the program at all. there was nothing under the mouse with window eyes or jaws it is the most up to date program just released and I told them access was truly non existant. I use ccleaner now but would like a really good program as I still have difficulties with windows update.
I suppose I could put back on the 2012 which will work.
really sad about the access though.
