Hi Trace. I don't know what the deal with Apple is, however it sounds like they’ve given you a sim with a preloaded add-on in which case all you need to do is insert the sim, allow for the activation and start using the phone. The deal will come with 300 minutes, unlimited texts and all you can eat data I think, though my memory is a little rusty re the pay as you go tariffs on Three. All the best, Ibrahim. I take it you are on Three pay as you go? If so, depending on what you want to buy, you need to have sufficient credit on your account before you can buy an add-on. Most Three sims are sold with no add-on, presumably you topped up and then bought one? If you use the automated service by dialling 444 from your handset, you’ll be told how much allowances you have left and when they expire as all add-ones are valid for 30 days unless otherwise stated. All the best, Ibrahim.
