This issue was the subject of a case I was involved in some years ago. It
involved the now defunct airline BMI Baby and inaccessible date fields. The
company paid compensation without the case coming to court. I think this is one
for Samantha Fothergill of RNIB to take up as she was involved in the BMI Baby
case.

boxes at least produce a calendar when clicked. It's utterly
ridiculous that their are literally about 10 ways this could be done,
yet they pick the one way that's impossible to use. I could build that
page better, so could most people who've ever touched web design, I

steadfastly refuse to make some of the elements within the holiday search
tool accessible! Despite numorous E mails, complaints to customer services
