That means they haven't set up your user details. The user name and
password are in the .tt file, so they must have set it up wrong.

Hi,
Just open the file in the normal way and it will launch TeamTalk. It
should be a $tt file.
Then you just press Control key when you want to talk, and release it
when you are finished.
Press F4 for preferences.
Also, go into Help in TeamTalk and it is all documented.
