mlvb.net/www.thebrownsplace.info/
I have no clues whether it will work with xp, but you could give
it a go. This site (mlvb.net) will work with most sites, that
wouldn't work otherwise. Although, you will need to register
with them, if you're intending on using it for serious browsing.
