Hi Chris,
Actually, this is not true. If you Alt-F4 out of Nebula, it merely hides it
in the system tray.
John, download the latest PCI drivers from
http://www.nebula-electronics.com, and follow their instructions for
installing them, and you will solve these issues. Or at least it did for
me.
