Hi Billy,
Yes, you use teledisk in a dos box. But Windows XP doesn't do it for some
reason. You really do need Windows 98 I'm afraid. Don't you have a buddy pal
that might be running it? Otherwise creating a teledisk image is really
quite simple.

Thought Teledisk could be used in a dos box?.
