R N I B have a lot to answer too but in the case of us not haveing access to
Library of Congress books comes from them finding out that some moron in the
UK was copying and selling these books,so we paid for this by not being
allowed to have them and really who could blame them.
We used to get these books and they can put the R N I B to shame with the
choice we had.
