Hi OK, I wanted to synchronise all my contacts between my Nokia phone, my PC and my Pacmate, so that I could be in a position of always being able to access important information. All the entries containing either mobile phone numbers or e-mail addresses transferred to the Pacmate fine, and the data went into the required fields. However, when I have created contacts on my Nokia 6630, I have placed them in a field which the Nokia 6630 calls "Telephone". Yes, I should have been a little more tidy and placed them in the business entry, however the telephone labelled field was more convenient until this point. When I synchronise between my phone and my PC, Outlook places the phone numbers I have entered into the "Other" field. Here lies the problem, since the Pacmate does not have this field in its Pocket Outlook application. Consequently, while the names, mobile phone numbers and e-mail addresses are being ported across to the Pacmate, the telephone numbers I have in the "Other" field are not. Now I could edit the contacts on the PC which I am treating as the master list for the moment, and cut and paste the telephone numbers into the correct fields, whereupon it will convert over to the Pacmate. But since I have a large number of contacts, this will be a reasonably time consuming job and I just wondered whether anyone had a more elegant solution before I do this. Thanks.
