[access-uk] strange happenings

Hello folks, I am using Windows XP with Jaws 10.  Now and again when I log on 
the keys change.  For example the escape key says back slash and some of the 
other keys say queer things.  Any ideas please.  It also says couldn't load all 
the networks.
