Yes. It's an ongoing problem due to Microsoft removing English spell check support from Office 2007/2010 for OE. Solution is to use a third party spell checking tool. Hi, I think this is an ongoing problem as it happened to me when installing Office 2007; I was left with the French dictionary only. I remember that the only solution was to get a 3rd party spelling solution. Sorry for not having any fancy way of getting around the problem.
