Check out the stuff on SF in the JFW help section about Jaws and popular
applications.  The great thing about SF is that most of the keystrokes
you will use are the same as the ones you'd use in a Word doc so its
pretty simple to select and copy and stuff. But if you get stuck with
the keystrokes the menus in SF should help you accomplish whatever you
want to do.

Jonathan Mosen's SF tutorial is fantastic so get hold of that if you
want to get into sound editing with SF.
