[access-uk] small bug in DigiTV 3.7.00

There seems to be a bug in the latest version of DigiTV of which users
should be aware.
There is a problem with the mp2 playback in DigiTV, so all recordings should
be made as mpg format files. This is the default setting for TV programmes
but mp2 is the default file type for radio recordings. You can change this
under: file/settings/recordings/general, or you can play back the radio
recordings in some other player like winamp.
I'll let the list know when the problem is resolved.
Finally, there is another minor bug in DigiTV which is that the screen
sometimes loses focus on start-up, but this is easily corrected with a left
click on the screen or alt+tab.
