Hi William,

The Sky box has a habit of loosing the signal from time to time. What i
do when this happens is to turn the TV off and take out the plugs, to
release any static build-up. Wait a few minutes then plug them back in
and switch the TV back on. Now Wait for the TV to re-tune the channels
back in. It's always worked for me, but you might have to press the avg
button on your remote once the tuning is completed..
