Hi billy. I don't use outlook as my main client as I find it clunky, but
normally you'd go through the mail option in control panel to setup your emails
and stop them downloading automatically. Hopefully someone will post with more
specifics but if you go to control panel, click on mail or email accounts then
you should be able to manage and add new email accounts to outlook.
