Wendy, Kevin's instructions are OK. Just one hint could be to press F6 to
bring focus to the address bar in Internet Explorer, control-c to copy the link
and, having alt-tabbed to Outlook express and with your cursor in the
appropriate place, control-v to paste the link into OE.
(I am assuming F6 doesn't do something else while JAWS is running.) I always
think F6 is rather easier than control-D.
