if you can navigate to where it says image or if you have the name of the
photo, then double tap on it to download it. if there are eight photos you may
have to do this for each one, I seem to have mine set to automatically
download, then once they have all downloaded double tap and hold on any one
image. then another screen should come up giving you options various options
and you navigate swiping left to right until you hear an option that says save
image. then VoiceOver should say for example save five images and you double
tap to agree. The images are then saved in your photographs and they would for
example be the last five photographs if you had saved five images.
