[access-uk] require a software that can convert audio to text

hi all.
in my office i must take dictations so what i do is record on my phone
and then listen and type it on my laptop is there any such software in
which i can import any recordings and it will convert into text?
i know there will be some errors but that can be edited.
please suggest
