Here is the very brief information I gave to Alistair.
I think the amazon details show it as 0.8kg in size rather than showing in
litres.
We mainly use for chips and I'd say it could comfortably do a portion for 3
or 4 people.
It doesn't have a paddle.
The tray slides into the cavity and in the tray sits the basket that holds
the food you want to cook. The tray has a handle so you basically slide it
into the fryer horizontally and then when done you can detach the basket and
wash up both the basket and the tray.
There's not really much to it. We generally leave the temperature set to
it's highest. Slide in the tray loaded with the food in the basket and turn
the timer and wait, periodically taking out the tray and giving the contents
a shake.

Hi all.
I'm totaly blind and have been wondering for many months now about buying an
Accessable Air Fryer.
A few days ago Alistair talked about what seemed to me to be a pretty "good
Manual"Air Fryer.
Today, Alistair requested a little more information from Kevin, but
requested that this information should be sent to himself, rather than
Access UK.
As I now consider such Fryers to be a matter for this list, can I please
request Kevin to make his considerations on this particular model, available
to the whole list as Accessability is becoming an increasing issue for
visually impaired people and I'm sure many of us will benefit with his
experiences.
