Hi Pele

It is a USB stick that you insert into your computer that allows you to surf
privately, in other words, without leaving cookies on websites.  But it is
useful for accessing content overseas.  You register with the company who
makes the stick, and type in a username and password into your browser.
SurfEasy is a good option for this kind of issue:
www.surfeasy.com

I think QVC sell those.
