Amazon of course do have loads of money to sort things out with, mainly through
not paying their workers decent wages.

RNIB seem to be struggling at the moment.
I've listened to the items on In Touch and it really does seem to me that
they have overstretched themselves and are currently lacking direction.

Once again this organisation has hit rock bottom.
For the past week the library website has been un useable and it gave me the
greatest pleasure to point out to them yesterday that Amazon took just about
7 hours to sort out the crash with the /Echo but they could not sort this out
in 7 days.
Well done not.
