Please, if stores are unwilling to enter into personal contact, then why not
ask them for an email or telephone contact through which your shopping list,
with options of replacements, can be given?
Yes, this means you might not get the usual choice of choosing from a range if
the desired option is not available, but surely say beefburger or chickenburger
to replace hamburger is fine?
Propose your arrival time and when you announce your arrival someone can go
round and collect the items.
Verbal instructions can guide you to the till and back out.
Any helpful management would surely work in this way.

Hi Hazel glad you can get shopping inb sainsbury's I have to get someone to get
it for me as they won't let me in the store and when I rang them up they told
me that just because I was blind it didn't mean that I was volnerable.

This oganisation need to get into the real world.
If it was not for our fantastic P A I don't know where we would have been.
We get timeslots on Sainsbury's as vulnerable people but even then it's a fight
