Hi Joe,
Ask Siri to “open VoiceOver settings”, swipe left to “speaking rate” and then
adjust rate to your liking by swiping up/down.

now friends, without going in to too much detail i recently switched back from
android to an i phone, the phone was already set up for me when i got it,
however, the voice over is quite slow, in fact too slow for my comfort, so how
and where do i go to speed up my voice over, any help will be really
