I don't have a solution but the information you gave are not very detailed I'm
afraid. e.g. does this security message come up on your computer or your
portable player and can you tell what it says? What does actually happen when
you try to copy the book to your SD card?
Maybe a good starting point would be to try playing the book on your computer
using Audible Manager and see if it works to narrow down the possible sources
of the problem. And sorry if you've already done this but have you tried
downloading the book again in case that the first download somehow got corrupt.
In any case I agree with you that the Audible rep you spoke to was an idiot. I
reckon if you email them with a clear description of the problem you'd get a
more informative response. They're usually quite good in my experience.

I bought a book from Audible. I am a member and have bought books on a regular
basis. However the last one I downloaded keeps coming up with the message
Security scan in progress, and although it downloads on to the computer I
cannot get it to copy to an SD card. I have tried other books on the card and
all is ok. I spoke with an Audible Rep and he tried to say that the Plextalk
pocket was no longer supported by Audible which I find hard to believe. Any
suggestions please.
