[access-uk] problem with webbie and tv iplayer

I am having a problem with webbie iplayer tv 7.
I can manage any or all other webbie f;unctions but on the TV 7  7 it just 
keeps reading the channel list not lettng me choose any channel.
any help with this would be apreciated.
