Hi Hannah, if you have your phone with Virgin Media you can get customer services on 150 and tech support on 151, both free.

 In case you haven't here's a service status number, also free.
 The service status number is
0800 561 0061.

 I haven't called it for quite a long time, as I haven't had any outages.

I understand that Virgin Media have been migrating their systems to new servers. This is certainly the case with e-mail.

We have broadband but it has not crashed, although e-mail is giving us trouble as we cannot send long messages.
