[access-uk] problem with system date

Hi,
from yesterday I have been having a strange problem with my computer. every
time I turn it on the system date changes to 2005 although the month and day
stays correct. when I adjust it to the correct year next time I turn on the
computer it's reverted back to 2005. is there a solution to this and what
could be causing it?
