Subject: [access-uk] Re: problem with accessing links in emails
Andrew,
Could you be a little more specific please?
*Are the email addresses being treated like links within Outlook Express or are they just appearing as text?
*Do you have the same trouble with all links, or just some specific ones?
*Can you give an example?
*If they are actually appearing as links, what happens when you activate the link?
*How do you activate the link, do you simulate a mouse click or press the Enter key?
*Are your emails being read as HTML or Plain text? You can check this by doing the following:
1. Press Alt t, to open the Tools drop down menu.
2. Select Options.
3. Move to the, Read, tab.
4. Tab through the settings until you get to, Read All Messages In Plain Text.
5. If the box is empty, you are reading messages in the format they are sent in, if there is a check in the box, you are reading all emails as plain text.
Cheers,
Tink.
