I have no experience of this keyboard but just to check, did you manage to pair the keyboard with your phone? If you did it will almost certainly not be visible to your partner's phone until you unpair

it n from your phone. This is true for most bluetooth keyboars unless you have one with support for multiple pair ings. Even in this case you will generally have to change a setting on the keyboard to achieve visibility to another device.
In relation to the keyboard not getting a response from your phone you do need on iPhones generally to turn Quick Nav on before you will get a navigation response on yor phone. This is the first thing to do. On normal keyboard you achieve this by pressing the left and right cursor arrows simultaneously. I imagine you will need to do something similar on your keyboard.

Hello Steve,

Well here goes, I put the unit on charge overnight and I was following David
Woodbridge's podcast from apple-vis and the device rivo wasn't doing what I
expected it to do.  I passed it on to my partner and she tried ot pair it
with her Iphone and got nowhere.  It wouldn't pair and now when I tried it
with my Ipod it wasn't seeing it.  We think there might be a battery issue.
Re quick nav, is the key stroke 4 and 6 together?

Hi,

When you say not working, do you mean not working at all, or just not
performing some functions?

Also, do you have Quicknav on or off when you try these things?

Sorry for the questions, but we need a bit more info.

Thanks.

All the best

Steve

Hi List,

I bought the very small Rivo keyboard last year and it seemed to work fine.
I put it aside and have only just now got it out and attempted to use it
with my Ipod touch 5.  It isn't responding as I thought it should.  Granted
there have been a few Ios upgrades so how can I sort this thing.
