Hi all,

I sent the following to the BCAB discussion list and haven't
had a reply as yet, so wondered if anyone on this list has
any ideas.

I've just tried to send an e-mail to Terry Robinson using
the link on his describe Online website, and received a
message from my computer telling me that my e-mail client,
(Microsoft Outlook 2003), is not properly installed.

How come I am receiving such a message when I am able to
send e-mails via Outlook in the normal way? Surely I should
only be told that my e-mail client is not properly installed
if I can neither send or receive e-mails in any way at all.

Is the problem to do with a setting in Outlook 2003?
