[access-uk] problem installing winkey

Hello,
On a new instalation of windows I tryed to install winkey, but I get this
error:
ntvdm.exe - Bad Image
The application or DLL C:\WINDOWS\system32\RNBOVDD.DLL is not a valid
Windows image. Please check this against
your installation diskette.
OK
I don't use a diskette and I've never had probles installing this till now.
When I press ok, I get this:
16 bit Windows Subsystem
RNBOVDD.DLL. An installable Virtual Device Driver failed Dll initialization.
Choose 'Close' to terminate the application.
Close Ignore
Any ideas how to solve this?
