I'm a bit baffled as well and would love to know more but not sure who to ask or where to go for info.
I'd have thought that the speechwould have come through the tv's speakers, all very strange.

I don't understand the thing about needing speakers if you have Sky+.

I assume you can just buy a cheap pair of iPod dock type speakers for a
tenner in Currys.
