I use that 20 point font to do my PhD in and it works ok!  I also know a lot
of visually impaired people using a much larger font sizes, up to 36 point.
Most companies send my statements in it too, although some needed
encouragement from RNIB to send anything other than standard print in the
first place.  What I really object to is companies who see 'large print' and
then simply photocopy a document from A4 to A3 when the font size is still
barely 14 point.
