[access-uk] please help me with setting up my lan connection

hi all i am faceing a strainge problem i use iball rauter i connect my
netbook via vify and connect my pc via lan when i download a file on
my netbook using internet download manager i cannot open any pages on
my pc but my pc can install windows updates properly what is the
problem?
