I've noticed this message in the Systray last Thursday. Thing is though =
it
seems stuck on 0 %, and I'm on a broadband conection.

I've been away for a few days, so haven't seen the original message to =
this
thread.

I have a broadband connection so I don't think your theory is right.

Also, when I tab round past taskbar to what would be the system tray, =
all I
hear is Jaws saying "button".
