Thank you for telling me about the additional labels. I only have packets a
and b. Even when the RNIB had packets c and d our us outlet which sells the
pen friend didn't have them. You are right. The packets should be labeled.

Hi everybody, as I said in my earlier post I bought a Penfriend a couple of
days ago, plus packets of additional labels.
Since there are now additional labels A through to H I find it strange
that, though labels have been put onto the packaging to give information there
is no label on packs of additional labels to indicate which ones they are.
I've been in touch with the RNIB resource centre and made the suggestion,
but since John Godber is on the list I thought I'd post the suggestion to the
list. I don't know if John's the right person to deal with this, but as I don't
know if Alison Long's on the list John can always pass the suggestion on if
required.
