[access-uk] openbook 9 on netbook

hi openbook nine on netbook isn't really faster for me than openbook eight. So
I may not upgrade to nine as it takes a while to read the image for me even on
the nc10 so may as well just stick with eight. has anyone else tried openbook
nine on a netbook?
