Maybe maximising the application window if it isn't can sort it out. There're
some recommended screen resolution that could solve these kind of issues too
but I'm afraid I don't know what they are these days with the new releases of
Jaws.

hey everyone.
i am having problems with jaws when it comes to opening files. when i click
on open with, and scroll down to find the programme that i require, jaws will
not read the list to me.
i am using jaws 10, and i am wondering what i can maybe do to fix this
