[access-uk] Re: .ogg files

Download and run this installer. It will install the OGG codecs and
support for playing OGG files in Windows Media Player:
http://download.webbie.org.uk/OggCodecsInstaller.msi

I'd suggest uninstalling the OGG codecs you already have installed first.
