Outlook.com, formally hotmail, Windows live Hotmail is probably your best bet.
Not only do you get a really slick mobile app experience, it is fully
accessible using the Windows mail or Microsoft outlook apps and of course
should you prefer the built-in email client on your phone. I can’t recommend it
highly enough and it’s the obvious choice if you have a Microsoft office
subscription or plan to get one.
