[access-uk] menu coming up in Outlook

Hi all:
One of those annoying things which I would like to get rid of is that using
XP Pro, latest JAWS if I close an application and loose any focus, then
press alt+tab to take me into the only open application, being Outlook, I am
presented with the menu.
Any way to stop this?
